Mistakes are on page 5 under "Establish Lace Pattern as follows -

On sizes 2-3, 6, and 8: Instructions for Row 4 should all begin and end with "K4".

On all sizes on this page, there is a mistake in the first set of marker placements (shown as "pm").  For example, Size 1-2 should say:  Row 4:  K1, work Row 1 of Lace Pattern over next 24 sts, pm, k7, pdm, k7, pm, work .......... 

The second "pm" shown above in bold lettering was omitted in Row 4 of all sizes.
